Biography
Aurus Productions was founded in 2009 by the now legendary Jason Barnett. Jason in the creative driving force behind all of Aurus’ major endeavors. It was his vision that led to the signing of superstars such as DJ Spittle, who, after destroying countless mics with his wetter than water style, spawned the invention of the Shure Aqua Underwater mic. Aurus collaborated on this production of the microphone. The revenues from the sales sky-rocketed when DJ Spittle’s style was emulated all over the world. This launched Aurus from a recording studio to the media heavy-weight that it is today. From fashion lines to airlines, Aurus is the name that every-one knows and no one can forget.
